The business was launching a new brand of restaurant, and their intention was to create a brand aligned induction experience for all new hires. The induction needed to leverage the heritage of the 'mother' brand, but also create some clear difference between the mother brand and the new brand.
Our learning design enabled managers to deliver high impact sessions to uncover why, what and how for their teams. The impact of this kind of induction enabled these newly formed teams to begin their journey with why connected to how, and how connected to what. These are the conditions for capability and capacity to be unleashed.
