Marine: Supporting Sales Operations

The client's intention was to bring a Sales Operations function onboard. Our intent was to support with the design of that function, the tools, metrics, getting the most out of their SaaS system, and coaching those new in their role.


The organisational design and implementation supported the sales function in greater levels of transparency and accountability. The coaching supported colleagues new to roles, who were without the tenure of experience, to act with confidence and discernment.
