The client's intention was to unlock a difficult team dynamic that had given rise to conflict in the workplace. Our intention was to listen to all points of view, alongside the relevant Trade Union, and make a collaborative recommendation for the way forward.
There is power in authentically listening, without judgement, to people's point of view. This was central to our approach and was cathartic for the team. Utilising a coaching approach enabled us to uncover some root causes and make a recommendation that enabled all team members to move forward and thrive.
