Energy: Cyber Resilience

Intent

The business intention was to better prepare to respond to a cyber incident. Our intent was to facilitate the business being able to develop plans and capability to continue delivering critical processes in the event of a cyber incident.

Impact

Communication and relationship building enabled a virtual global team to be built, stakeholders to be consulted and informed, and support from senior colleagues leveraged. We supported regions in taking things back to the foundations of resilience and building capability from that solid base.
